Hi,

I have “accidentally” solved the problem, I had contacted Bluehost and they said they couldn’t help me as I was using Cloudflare, so I switched the dns back to them, but it didn’t solve the problem.

While trying different things one of the plugins I am using said it required a later PHP version so I changed to 5.6 from 5.3

I had de-activated Wordfence while playing around with everything and to my surprise when I re-activated it the WSoD had disappeared, so it looks like it was a PHP version issue.

Ok Thanks, I thought it would change as soon as an image was added

I may have jumped the gun a little, after posting the above I took the wife shopping and while waiting for she who must be obeyed I decided to enter an event on my phone, I got email notification almost immediately, I tried again when I got home on my desktop and got the same result.

But there is still the issue with the images, would you prefer I started a different thread for that.

With the variations, there are 8 shirt sizes which show in both the front and back ends.

There are 2 “Add Your Club logo” options, No & Yes, both show in the back end, but only “No” shows on the front end.

I have just tried deactivating plugins and switching to the default theme with no success.

Unfortunately I am heading to Vietnam for a few days this morning so I won’t be able to fiddle with this now until I get back.

OK, I have temporarily solved the problem by duplicating the product that works and changing all of the details so I can get on with trying to get some orders for the new shirt.

However I would still like to figure out what is causing the problem, so I have saved the faulty product so it can be viewed as: https://www.hhhworldevents.org/product/young-and-on-the-run-hash-shirt-faulty/

I still have one minor issue with the copied product page, it is showing the price range from the product I copied and I cannot see how to change that.

Yes it is ticked, I would think that it wouldn’t show up at all if it wasn’t.

The reason I used a post for the Building details is so I could take advantage of the standard WordPress listings/groupings of posts.

I don’t know how I can achieve the same outcome using a page, these buildings are all Condominiums and many are still under construction.

I’ve posted the same question with the theme forum and they have suggested that it may be a Child Theme issue.

I tried everything you suggested and it made no difference, so I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, that fixed the problem.
