In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] No RTL support1. I don’t want anything for free, I was going to buy the pro version, but I decided to test the free version before paying.
2. I searched your options and did not find anyway to make the Menu go RTL.
3. If you do have RTL support, please post the practice with which to enable it.Thank you
Since the update won’t work I tried downloading the files with the link I got when I purchased the pro version and I get: “You do not have permission to download this file”
Just great….
Dealing with this plugin takes up so much of my time, why does it have to be this way??
Hi,
My issues were not dealt with, and I discovered more.
I managed to fix the REGEX myself, but the developers won’t (so far) incorporate the fix into their own versions. That means I have to reapply the fix manually after every update. They have also sent me a code snippet to use to control the useless and unnecessary emails they send without asking, and I have to do that on every version update too.Two new issues I’ve discovered:
1. Updates won’t work, I get this message: Update Failed: Plugin update failed.
2. They keep a huge changelog that takes up all of your plugins page, so you can’t see any other plugin you have after theirs.I woke up today to find out they revoked my license key.
Can you believe it?I don’t know if it is out of spite for giving a bad review or something else.
After posting a bad review they finally contacted me, but I’m greatly disappointed with their response any attitude.
1. I was told that they are not going to fix the fact that the plugin does not allow input in non-Latin chars\languages and that I should fix it manually on my side and keep fixing it after every version they release.
2. I was told that they know that they send 3 emails per inquiry instead of one. that means that for every customer that sends an inquiry in my store I get three separate emails with the same notification. I have no control over this.
