    Hostgater.

I have hosted sites with them before and had no issues. This one installation is so unique, but I cannot solve it. I thought it could be something wrong with some of the wp files, but its a recent install.

I literally don’t know how to solve this. Is there anyway I can get someone from WordPress in on this?

    Thanks again

    Yeah, I thought that.

I was on the Live Support for nearly 2 hrs and they were insistent adamant that its the Word Repository.

So even if I re-install, I am going to have the same problem. Is there anyway I can resolve this via Cpanel on my own?

BTW, Thank you for your help Shane

The RSS feeds are as follows. There on on the dashboard

RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Couldn’t resolve host ‘www.remarpro.com’

RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Couldn’t resolve host ‘blogsearch.google.com’

RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Couldn’t resolve host ‘planet.www.remarpro.com’

I also cannot connect my google 360 plugin either. Something about API also.

Can anyone help me resolve this? my concern is if I uninstall and then re-install and the problem is still there

I think its is something to do with the installation somehow.

The RSS feeds on the dashboard are not working either. Its like it is disconnected from ………something.

I got this from my hosts.

Yes, unfotunately, everything that we have looked a thus far leads us to believe that it’s an issue with wordpress. I understanding your point. However, we’ve looked into the issue an have determined that the issue is with the wordpress repository.

    Anyone?

The only thing I can think of is a re-install, which I do not want to do.

    Hi Guys.

I followed the procedure mentioned by ‘callmehippy’, and stuck the code in my config file of my network installation.

When I go to the network admin page and try to go to teh Akismet configuration page, I get the following message.

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

If I go to the Akismet stats tab on any of the created sites on the net work, it just comes up with some text that says invalid.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what I am doing wrong?

    Thank you

    Hi.

Thanks for the info about the avatars.

As for the nested comments. Yeah, I have nested comments being displayed, but it is still not showing. As I said, I think it might be something to do with the templates, but I am unsure about this. This is what someone else told me.

I’m banging my head on a brick wall about this.

Yeah, I have removed 2 of the options in that error script. It was looking for 3 options, but I had removed 2 of them.

I’m a little off put by the fact that it all seems to work fine in the offline version.

But both the lava lamp AND the contact form are not working. I’m not sure if integrating with wordpress is causing the issues, but if it all works off line, it should work online right?
