While I do appreciate the reply it was hardly helpful, and the issue is definitely not resolved as you’ve marked it. In direct response to your thoughts above:

1. Not sure what you’re trying to say here, the image is in a post as evident from the link I provided.
2. Again not really sure what you’re trying to say, I am using permalinks.
3. Just attempted to go look at the documentation (really is it going to tell me something other than check the box that doesn’t work?) and your site is down so no documentation….

I had the same issue and changed the setting for minimum watermark size to be for just images bigger than my logo file. This worked for me, but depending on your image sizes may not work for you. You might also find your logo file in the media library and select the option to exclude from watermarking, but this option does not work on our install.
