I have submitted this issue to Cloudways support.

Very handy plug-in.
It turned out to be a conflict with the plugin “Justified image grid”.
It has an option “Add images to WordPress SEO XML Sitemap”.
It is stated that it is compatible with Yoast, but apparently not at all.

The only problem that I encountered was the one that the page https://gate.sociallocker.app/ wasn’t available anymore.
The plugin depends on this URL.
This domain was over his quota, I contacted the owner and he fixed this domain issue.
You can visit https://gate.sociallocker.app/ without getting a 503 error, so this error is clearly solved.

Try to change the theme/skin of your locker to flat, and disable all animations if there are any.

Yes, it is normal that the plugin version stays the same. The problem wasn’t the plugin but the server URL the plugin connects to (the server hosting was expired).
I do not know the problem with the animated gifs never had this.
(I have the paid version, and it works great).

Maybe you (or I?) had another problem.

The problem I had was that if a user clicked on the share button, a popup window appeared that directed the user to https://sociallocker.app/, but that URL was expired.
That problem is solved now, the plugin works at my site.
