In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal PHP error@eeide @abzlevelup thanks for a temporary kinda solution (don’t have to disable Redis server wide). It’s not perfect, but it’s something at least. Hope the fix will get through QA asap.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal PHP errorHey guys,
What’s going on with this issue? It’s still not solved, and it’s been almost 3 months.
I don’t want to sound impatient, but 3 months is a bit long. I don’t want to switch to another caching plugin. Redis is fine. It’s the default caching from Cloudways (not a small player in the field).
Surely, you have your priorities, but I’d rather switch to a different events plugin than to switch to another caching plugin, since Redis is integrated and optimized and all.
Cheers

In reply to: Hide Pages in Admin by Title/SlugHi, thanks for answering. That looks helpful for sure. However, I have no clue how to link that bit of code to hiding the pages from the overview. Say, I’d want to hide a page called ‘shop’, how would I do this?

In reply to: Beaver Builder as the Default EditorHeya, cheers for answering! It kinda works but it’s not exactly what I am looking for. I want to change the default action when clicking on a page title. Normally, it’d go to the page editor (default WP editor/Gutenberg).
The Elementor gist however changes that default action. While the gist you linked makes Beaver Builder the only available editor (basically). It’s helpful, so thanks for that, but not exactly what I want to achieve.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal PHP errorHeya,
The fast response is appreciated, thanks.
I have installed the transients manager, deleted everything but could still reproduce the errors the same way as before.
After disabling Redis/Object Cache Pro, I could not reproduce the errors anymore.
Cheers

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal PHP errorHeya,
Thanks for the fast response. Here’s what I did:
I updated the events by pressing the update button. I don’t know if that’s enough? I don’t know which events cause the issue. How can I find out? What should I do to fix these events?I changed and saved the permalink structure.
I don’t know how to clear transients.
I saved the event settings. I have only been using the events plugin on this site for about a week.
I’ve never used the V1 view before so I didn’t switch from legacy to V2 as far as I know.

In reply to: Different themes per page – settings copy overYeah, I renamed the names of the themes according to the link in my first post.
Renamed the folder, name and template in style.css.
I tried this with Astra and GeneratePress. Didn’t work for either of those. But maybe it’s that those themes use their own options.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Different themes per page – settings copy over@joyously would theme switcha work with two (and more) of the same theme (different name) though? That’s the problem I ran into. The plugin I’ve used works just fine when I use different themes.

In reply to: Different themes per page – settings copy overThanks for the answers. I want to make a site with templates for page builders. I want settings like font and font size to be adjustable without editing the template. Same with default colours for buttons, etc. Hence each template would need its own theme settings.
I’m going for a multisite as a solution, that seems to be the easiest way.
