Me too, I badly need this feature for my review blog. But I want only to show the total average stars, say for example, the average is 4.5, then it will be shown as 4 and a half star. Just like that, to complement the looks of my review site where editors rate stars is shown.

Maybe you are using a cache plugin, that usually happens, if you logout, then you are still seeing the admin toolbar, but when you click it you will be redirected to the login page. try to clear cache on your wordpress site.
