Can’t post at the forum as this feature is part of the core free plugin :/
After some debuggin’, I have verified the following:- If I create a fresh alert, emails are being sent OK
- Whenever I increase stock of a OOS item with active subscribers that enlisted before plugin update, they won’t receive the email alert
- At the WC products tab list, these items display its stock sucessfully increased but they still show the number of active subscribers to the right instead of “0” as it used to happen
- This cron event (dc_start_stock_alert) is constantly getting an error warning and displays no action related.
- Cron is properly working for other tasks
Can you help me with it?
I have deactivate/activated plugin a few times and it just didn’t work ??
Products with fresh stock are still showing the number of subscribers to the right on the products row – it used to set to zero when increasing stock and email alerts were being sent.
Is there a way I can check if the migration did happen? And also, if this happens, will send these pending alerts automatically or do I have to do something else?It worked! Thank you

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] Category DeliveredBy taking this status down, all my orders that have been set as “Delivered”, and also its full customer data, simply disappeared from my dash and remained unaccessible. Got an alert a day after when Facebook couldn’t access these orders to optimize campaigns. Also, WC reports were affected as they only relied on “complete” transactions. Big dependancy – should be considered in future updates.
I had to rollback to a previous version to recover/backup my data.
