I have checked the video and found that the media upload itself is showing an error message and showing that the media file format is not supported. So, I am suspecting the issue might be with WordPress itself.

Can you please check in the WordPress admin dashboard and see if you can embed the offloaded media on a post or page? If yes, then we will need to have a deeper look into your site to diagnose the issue.

I have tested and found the issue. As this is a virtual product and a 100% discount coupon was used, it should always be verified to avoid abuse of the discount coupon.

Still, we will try to investigate from our end and see if we can do anything about it.

Email is a very integral part of our system. We use that to send any kind of notifications and keep track of activities. So, we do not have plans to add this feature to Tutor LMS anytime soon. Because allowing users to change their email addresses might cause issues with the notification system.

Also, customizations are not covered by our support policy. So, if you need to implement this feature, I would recommend hiring a developer to help you.

Sometimes caching, security or proxy plugins might cause issues with the Ajax calls. So, you may check there as well.

The things you have shown in the screenshot are a very integral part of the plugin. You can edit the text using a translation file or “Say What” plugin.

I would suggest consulting a developer as this falls under customization.

Sorry about the late reply. The files and child theme is something that should be used for manual overrides where you edit the source code of the templates.

We do not have the feature to override the template files of this integration at this moment.

As this is a graphical editor, it is expected that everything should be edited graphically. I am quite certain that you can change and override every single aspect from the Elementor builder.

Sorry for missing your request. Yes, you can change the slugs but to do this you will need the help of a developer to execute everything safely.

Please note that changing the slugs requires editing the core files. So, you might not be able to update the plugin after making the changes.
