1. Take a backup of your checkout template.
2. Now replace the file from any working theme.
3. If that solves the issue, then you can find out what you did wrong by opening both files side by side.

Did you check the file permissions from cPanel or FTP client? Perhaps you have modified the file permission by accident or renamed the file.

I could not check the js file from my browser.

Please navigate to “wp-admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping” to check the shipping settings and add as many as you want.

You don’t need to edit WooCommerce files. You can write CSS in your theme or child themes CSS file.

The class used to load the overlay is .blockUI .blockOverlay
The class used to load the spinner is .woocommerce .loader:before

Currently, there is no feature to check for products and list them in the store listing page. You can do it by custom coding. If you are using the paid version of the plugin, you can open a support ticket asking information about which files you need to look and functions to work with.

I am not clear about your idea. Do you want to allow the vendors to create blog posts from their dashboard? If yes, you can use WP User Frontend to allow them to post from frontend. If you want to integrate the posting form in the dashboard menu, I can help you with customization.

402 is an error that is caused by a payment gateway. I guess there is some misconfiguration in your checkout settings.
Please upload the screenshots and you may check using a default WordPress theme to know if the theme is causing you any issue.

In most of the theme the credits come from the footer.php file.
1. Please navigate to wp-admin→Appearance→Edit
2. Now find the footer.php file from the right side of the screen and click on it.
3. Now the footer.php file should be loaded on your screen. Find the text you want to remove, erase it and save the file.

Now the text should be removed from all the page in your site.
