I too have faced the same problem. In my case a plugin named “WooCommerce PDF Invoices” was creating the issue.

1. You can check for plugin conflicts.
2. Contact the plugin author for assistance.

This is just because of some conflicting style.

If I were you, I would simply use discount coupons and tie them with specific emails.

Because there will be one single representative from that group who will make the purchase.

Depending on the amount of the orders, there can be several coupons. Like if the order value is above $500 then use coupon 1, if the order value is above $5000 use the coupon 2 etc.

I have just checked in my localhost. If I select the product as simple and check the box “virtual product”, the system does not ask for my shipping address.

You can make changes to the product page outline from your theme. If you are good with PHP, you can search for the file named ‘single-product.php’ inside your theme folder and edit that file according to your needs.

This would be the best practise. You can also do that using CSS. But that is not recommended. Because the style might conflict in other pages and might scramble things up.

May I know if you are using a multivendor marketplace plugin? If yes, please mention the name.

WooCommerce has some paid add-ons to offer booking services. Here they said that they do not have the recurring feature now but it is on their roadmap https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/

So you can wait if possible. Else hire a developer from a marketplace to build you the feature right away.
