thanks for your quick reply. So as I said the issue exists for returning visitors which, I guess, have accepted the cookies.
I just observed the problem on this post: https://brodos.net/omnichannel/unsere-tipps-fuer-filialisten/
I previously accepted cookies for that site and when I visited it now the video was invisible. I tried to update my preferences, so I declined all cookies, then the video/placeholder appeared.
I know that others had the issue on these URLs aswell:
