Hi.. turns out i didnt have any of the basic themes installed.. just mine .. i installed twenty twenty and worked..

the weird thing is i didnt have one anyway all this time but used to work so wouldnt say was that ..

to me it just worked again as misteriously as it stopped working … thank you so much for the help

All of them i was using without problem with the forms so i dont know what happened. Also Select and multiselect fields stopped working on the front also
