Sorry for such a late reply, but for some reason we didn’t get notification about your post.
Solution for you is quite simple.
Go to first section expand exclusion rules (under Files heading).It will show you more options, then uncheck all and leave as marked only “Exclude by directory path”. Then in the text area paste this path:
/services17/webpages/util/t/a/tanzadeh.site.aplus.net/tanzadeh.com/public/wp-content/backup-d0qmqqnG95Oi
– and save the settings.It will exclude backups from other plugins, which causes the issue (due to its huge size).

As PHP CLI can’t be killed by web server, that means it probably running.
If you get the hick-up screen here, that probably means your browser lost connection with the server, but don’t worry PHP CLI backups can run fully in the background.Could you please check and confirm if there is a backup created?
It should be visible in backup(s) table – restoration tab at the very top.Let me know.

That means the backup was not valid, and can’t be used at all.
The list can display only valid backups, maybe there was an error during the backup?In your case the process was killed by web server.
To fix the issue could you please try two different backup techniques (you can find them in ?other options” section) at the bottom:- “Bypass web server timeout directive – backup process may be slower”
- …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
- Don’t forget to save the settings ??

@thatmme your error is due to timeout.
Please try this beta: https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.0.9.21.zip it allows to run PHP CLI restore (you can use the same backup).@bigoro in your case it’s a hosting issue most likely. There is hard limit of 60 seconds (max execution time) which is way to low value in order to run restore process. But as I can see you already migrated your site.

Please follow the steps (there are multiple solutions):

- Don’t forget to save the settings ??
You can also try to disable PHP CLI (then don’t change above method mentioned):
- Pick default Backup Method (in other settings section)
- Add this define(“BMI_CLI_ENABLED”, false); to your wp-config.php
- Make sure quotes are not copied and type them manually (WP forum replaces them)
- Once you do that default method will switch to one-request backup which depends on your web server timeout.
Or if you want to use PHP CLI:
- Update your default “php” command on your server
- You can check current version with “php –version”
- The version has to match at least 5.6 or above.
- In future version we will try to detect new version automatically.

The logs looks quite fine.
The only thing missing is a final confirmation, but it may be due to logger issue.My guess for now is false positive.
Could you please confirm and check if the backup is located / visible on the list?Notice: Only valid backups can be displayed on the list, don’t have to worry about incomplete ones.

I’m not really technical, so not sure what CLI is. Or how servers work and such.
Looks like you can use PHP CLI, it’s an independent process which can’t be killed by web server. Usually PHP CLI has much better performance.
I hope this version will solve the issue, nevertheless it may hang up on error – as it is beta.
