Also please exclude this folder before backup:
/var/sites/l/loomspun.net/public_html/wp-content/ai1wm-backups

You can do that in first section of the plugin below “Files” header.

Sorry for such a late reply, but looks like my last reply was not posted somehow.

This is known WordPress (overall) error.
There are usually three reasons of it:
– Missing space in particular folder / drive.
– Broken file, it’s quite difficult to detect.
– Broken stream (something interrupted zip process).

Golden solution is not known for me.
You can try to update your WP to latest version 5.7.2;

I also believe touching all files would do the job i.e.:
chmod -R 775 /var/www/vhosts/7/139623/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-21446/htdocs (so you will also update permissions)
or just touching: find /var/www/vhosts/7/139623/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-21446/htdocs -type f -exec touch {} +

Of course if you have SSH access to your server.

For time during test you can also try most compatible backup method:
You can find them in ?other options” section at the bottom:

• “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
• Don’t forget to save the settings ??

Could you please try with this version of the plugin:

– Replace it with your current v1.0.9 version

Then try to run the backup again, it should detect proper PHP CLI process or try to use different method if the PHP CLI still fail – then it’s about your server in this case.

But don’t worry we still have two different backup techniques (you can find them in ?other options” section) at the bottom:

• “Bypass web server timeout directive – backup process may be slower”
• …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
• Don’t forget to save the settings ??

But do it only if the first backup after replacing fails.
As it’s beta could you please post the logs from first backup using this beta?
That would be very helpful for me and informative about the stability ??

You site contains a large amount of files.
I assume that cPanel limits the I/O (so the backup can’t be quick enough).

Recommended solution for you (Bypass web server limits):
Could you please try two different backup techniques (you can find them in ?other options” section) at the bottom:

• …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
• Don’t forget to save the settings ??

In the next release we focused on PHP CLI improvements.
We’re planning to release v1.1.0 this week.

The main parts that will be improved:
– Completely separated process during restoration.
– PHP CLI database backup.
– New database backup & restore engine.

Not sure what you’ve done on your site in the last 2 hours since you post the topic, but I can access both of your sites without white screen.

If you white screen please enable WP Debug and WP Debug Display.
This will show us what’s going on and we will be able to adjust that ??

Notice: Please remember that you can migrate site in parts, i.e. Files then Database – in most of such sites, it works much better.

If you already know if your destination live site host allows PHP CLI I think you don’t have to worry at all ??

Also, once you decide to move it we can also help you with the migration itself if it fail.
