In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] Edit database in .sgbp fileWe’ve added a logic for automatic domain name detection on restoration. So, you shouldn’t worry about that. If restoration fails, might be the reason is something else, but not your domain name. If so, please open a new support ticket here https://backup-guard.com/tickets/ and provide your restoration logs. So, we’ll be able to look into it and figure out the reason.

It’s really strange why you still see an execution timeout error if you’ve set sufficient timeout in your configurations. We’ve tested the plugin for many many environments and configurations. But, of course there are number of cases which we event can not imagine could happen. So, please don’t think we treat you as chasing rabbits there when we ask you check it once more or help us figure the problem out. The thing is, sometimes we’re unable to reproduce the issue on our side.
Could you please open a support ticket here https://backup-guard.com/tickets/ and provide any temporary WordPress user credentials? Our developers will connect to check the problem asap.

In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] The backup file extention "sgbp"Have you tried to upload your sgbp archive to /wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/? If you upload it a new backup row will automatically appear on “Backups” section.

Although the SGBP format is our own archive format, we provide a public php script which extracts the SGBP archives and you can find it here https://backup-guard.com/tools/extractor/. Everybody can use it.
As the SGBP format uses the same compression algorithm of zip, we require the zlib extension (almost all servers/hostings have this extension). The curl extension is required only by Google Drive and Dropbox SDKs (there is no much we can do about it).
We encourage all of our clients to contact our support team when they have any kind of issues, sometimes we even restore websites manually if needed so ??
