It’s locate: …/wp-content/upready/Files backup name will be like: backup_2013_10_29-15_46_43-full_id3.zip
Data Base backup name: backup_2013_10_29-15_46_43-full_id3.sql
where
2013_10_29-15_46_43 Backup date and time
full_id3 – backup type2. Download Data Base backup to the local computer
3. Go to your hosting panel -> PHPMyAdmin or any other data Base manager
4. Backup old data base to the local computer. Of course it’s broken, but “the most important backup – the backup you didn’t backup :)”
5. Remove old data base (you backup it in the previous point) with PHPMyAdmin or any other data Base manager
6. Import your data base backup, downloaded from your website.
