I have confirmed that an error occurs.
Unfortunately, we cannot support problems that occur when other plugins are activated.
This is because we want to minimize the code of this plugin.
There are probably other plugins that have similar functionality to this one, so please switch to one of those.
By the way, there is no problem in the classic editor.
If the problem is caused by the block editor, you will probably need support from the WordPress development team.
I tried the following steps.
1
I changed the theme to the default.2
I disabled all plugins except this one.3
I changed the language.I was unable to reproduce the error.
Please let me know what steps I should take after performing steps 1 and 2 above to reproduce the error.

Please stop using this plugin or submit a request to improve the behavior of “switch_to_locale” in the “Requests and Feedback Forum”.

I think “Cookie_Law_Info_CCPA” is caused by some plugin.
Please try disabling all plugins.

Sorry, there isn’t much information at the moment, so I don’t know either.
Try using the default theme (Twenty Twenty-Five) and disabling all plugins.
Then check if you can set categories.

ブロックエディタとクラシックエディタとの違いは
セリフ部分をPタグで囲むか否かです。こちらのテスト環境下におきましては特に問題無く
ブロックエディタ、クラシックエディタともに動作します。恐らくPタグに対して何かしらのスタイルシートが効いている事が想定されます。
吹き出し内のPタグに影響が無い様なスタイルシートの記述にすれば
解決できるのではと考えられます。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Display is related to themes and other plugins.
The display method may have changed due to updates to the theme or other plugins.

?jb_static?で検索するとJetpackなど
キャッシュや高速化などを取り扱うプラグインが関連しているのでは思われます。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
