I have some URL them start with the “https://www.babylon-software.com/redirects/redir.cgi?” and some parameter after the “?”

Exmp:
1. https://www.babylon-software.com/redirects/redir.cgi?type=wikipedia&full_url=https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proceso%20de%20urbanizaci%C3%B3n&term=Proceso%20de%20urbanizaci%C3%B3n

2. https://www.babylon-software.com/redirects/redir.cgi?type=add_dictionaries&lang=4&trkInfo=[pd:436900411][pl:0]&hid=6C5C98FA9B620569&version=11001

3. https://www.babylon-software.com/redirects/redir.cgi?type=postuninst&redir_subdomain=true&lang=0&uid=209812917&ver=11001&dsi=10&dsu=10&btp=2&cst=1&clk=0&trns=33&trkInfo=[Week:2109][pd:436900411][pl:0]&hid=7AFE224EF64918CB

so I want to use redirects for this URL like:

1. https://www.babylon-software.com/redirects/redir.cgi?type=wikipedia& (No matter what parameter will be after the “&”) redirect to “some new URL”

2.https://www.babylon-software.com/redirects/redir.cgi?type=add_dictionaries& (No matter what parameter will be after the “&”) redirect to “some new URL”

How can I do this?
For now I do one for the main URL for all the types but its not good for me: “https://www.babylon-software.com/redirects/redir.cgi?” (No matter what parameter will be after the “?”)

I would like to get help on this issue
