I’m having the same problem and the ‘kitchen sink’ icon isn’t even available. I’m only getting one toolbar and that is in HTML not in VISUAL.
Have deactivated all plugins and still have the problem.
Have cleared cache and that hasn’t worked either…………..
How do you even go about resetting that plugins folder?
My host refuses to help as they don’t help with ‘third party technical problems’ ……………….what do we pay for…hmmph.
If you don’t know the email,I doubt there is any way to retrieve your site…If admins could just reset usernames and passwords – lol – huge secirity risk.
