In reply to: [WP eCommerce] I need a product theme for wpI absolutely agree, But Themeforest work specifically with WordPress and each developer support and answers the question that their customers purchase.
It’s worth it to me and i’ve purchased over 20 themes from them.
I’ve never been disappointed.

You can make a backup of the plugin by temporally changing the header text to be a different plugin name, That way you can work with the update and see what transpires.
Mind you may loose some of the products since the database will be re linked but it’s a good testing ground.

Hey Niaz
Try logging into the FTP server and deleting the plugin directly and then reinstall. It could be a result of version difference between plugin and WP-Ecommerce.

In reply to: Help with WP/Charter InstallationHey Matt
Questions to ask Charter.
1. Did the name servers for the Internal Hostname change? (the second image you posted)
2. If So, What are the new name servers?
Questions to you
How did you setup your web site, Did you upload this to Charters servers?

In reply to: UpdatingIt could, I would try and save a change to your account IE password change and that should propagate a DNS change.
On the second page home-home did you set the homepage to the specific post or page?

In reply to: UpdatingWhat browser are you using? I have had this happen to me and in Chrome it is based upon clearing all the history and closing out of the tabs. Try a different browser as well.
This could also be a result of a server issue, To where this is not propagating changes correctly, What domain host are you using, Some hosts allow you to make changes to the server settings and “reboot the box’

The personal web server.

In reply to: Help with WP/Charter InstallationThis sounds like they turned off or changed the PHP.ini file or changed the domain mapping feature. Who registered the domain name that your using?
The name servers on Charter could have changed. I would contact them and verify that info.
I use themeforest all the time.
Open up the theme and make sure there isn’t a WP-Content directory and or a isolated zip file. The file is probally larger then the upload size limit in your PHP.ini file.
