I figured out is was image size. Something less than 620 x 380.

Still having issue with this on two sites.

i found the issue:

I am using the StudioPress Genesis AgentPress child theme.

I had to delete/rename the ‘archive-listing.php’ custom template file in the AgentPress child theme folder.
