I have download the Check & Log Email plugin as you recommended and sent the test email, successfully received the test email.

I have added my Email to Siteground Spam email protection Allowed list, and made sure there no other filter.

I have de-actived all plugings a part from Forminator and tried to use forms on my website.

I have switched to wordpress default theme, and test again.

Unfortunately the issue still persists. Could you please open me a support ticket for help?

Thanks for your reply but, I believe my topic is not premium features, it’s just a bug in the plugin.

You could not show me any solution that’s why I asked here so maybe someone else can help but I don’t understand why you mark it as solved!
