i just activated the tiled galleries in jetpack and that solved the problem. thank you so much for your valuable help!

thanks for your response. it did work in the sense that a lightbox pops up, however only the thumbnail grid and slideshow are available not the tiled mosaic that i wanted.

hi, it works when the blog is under wordpress but its not working in the self hosted blog. the choice for type: tiled mosaic, thumbnail grid, etc is not available in the self hosted blog. pls advise, thanks!
