It gets even worse, this can be found in the source for this plugin:

The author not only places advertisements on your website without ever asking you, he also cripples your software freedom – but this breaks the GPL and is not in line with the wordpress plugin guidelines.
A few lines further in lazyload-video.js he writes:
// DON’T BE EVIL – IS THIS ACTUALLY WORTH THE EFFORT?
he actually believes that it is totally OK to put advertisements on your website without asking you and in his world YOU are evil if you try to fix your site! This is the pathological spammer and “marketing” criminal mindset that is doing so much harm to the wordpress community. This plugin should be removed and the author shold be banned for lifetime from any wordpress site!
