Hi. It’s happened again. The Client tells me it’s happening when there’s a failed order and the customer tries again..
Could you please give me some feedback?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Taxes get added whey they shouldn’tIn the forums I think I’ve found the culprit: my setting was “Calculate tax based on: Customer shipping address”, but having set the price to include taxes I guess I had to select “Calculate tax based on: Shop base address”. If I do so, the issue is resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Taxes get added whey they shouldn’tIt’s not solved. Try and and the product to the cart, if you go to the checkout page (Kasse), you’ll see the change of price. After that if you go back to the product page, you’ll see the price is changed there as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping] Free shipping above certain totalThe problem originated in the “after tax applied” option: on one of the rules this was enabled, not on the others. I think this messed up the configuration and cart behaviour. I enabled it on all the rules and the issue disappeared.

Please, consider that when I tested this the Free shipping rule was active and all the other shipping rules were set to “below 2000€”. I had to reverse back and deactivate cause I couldn’t leave it like that on the production site, not working properly. - I’m testing it with the order:
Item #1: Vortek T30, 39 pieces
Item #2: Rete Everplax – ROTOLO DA 25 METRI, H. 150 CM, 4 pieces,
Item #3: Paletti in ferro a T – H. 175 CM – SEZIONE DA 30 MM, 51 pieces
Item #4: Saette per recinzioni – H. 150 CM, 10 pieces
Item #5: Staffa per saette, 10 pieces
Item #6: Filo tensionamento, 3 pieces
Item #7: Filo legatura, 1 piece
Item #8: Tirafili Plastificati , 15 pieces
Item #9: Chiave manuale T30 , 1 piece
Total order weight: 359.675kg
Order subtotal: 2243,40
Shipping destination: Via Test 45, 13900, Biella, BIELLA, Italy - I expect to see
— Free Shipping: 0; because the cart total is above 2000€ - I do see instead:
I do see the free shipping at first, but if any changes are made to the cart, like adding or removing one item, the free shipping disappears and regular shipping rules are displayed even when the 2000€ are reached.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping] Free shipping above certain totalGreat! Thank you. It works fine and the free shipping alone is displayed but a problem comes up if any changes are made to the cart by adding or removing items from the cart: all the rules appear again and the free shipping disappears (also when above 2000€).
Am I doing this right?
Thank you very much. I’ve checked and I can confirm it is a compatibility issue with the theme.
I’ve done as suggested and submitted a request on the link you posted.
Thank you again.I’ve found a solution: I’ve used Kadence Related Products Block on the template page. Works perfectly.
