Hi there,
I saw the image you provided, and it doesn’t actually answer my question at all, so I’m including a short video clip to demonstrate what I mean: the scrollbar is at the top, but you can’t see the top of the thumbnails. That means it’s impossible to REMOVE any images from the gallery, because the Media Library Organizer dropdowns in the gray area are covering them up, and there’s no way to scroll up further.Even in your image, the top parts of your thumbnails are cut off. Can you get to the [X] in the corner of the thumbnails to delete one? Is there another way to remove images from a gallery besides reversing the order and then changing it back again?
Hi there,
In the screenshot you included, the scrollbar is visible, but can you scroll up to the top of the top row of thumbnails? That’s the problem I’m having.Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the links! Did you edit the first post to include the link you mentioned in the second post? Or is there another link I should be seeing?Hi there,
I mentioned that the login to my host’s backend is automatic, not Automattic. That is, I don’t type a login or password to get to the WP Admin from my host, SiteGround. Is there a way to check about “links that do not match exactly,” when we’re talking about the PMPro login page? I’ve already confirmed the Site URL and everything in the settings. The only other plugin I tested this with was Wordfence, but I can try testing with the others…
I don’t see the relevance. I’m using the self-hosted version of WordPress…
Would you be willing to share what you did?
It looks like you got this working. How did you do it? I’m having a very similar problem to what you’re describing, and I can’t find where to fix it.

In reply to: Domain MappingAny update on this? I’m having very similar issues where I can login to my main domain with my superadmin account, but not the mapped domains.

In reply to: [Essential Content Types] Enable parent projectsHi there,
I understand you can create a custom post type (that’s how Portfolio, Testimonial, etc. exist in the first place), and you can set it to be of the type “page” so that it has that hierarchical structure and exists outside the “time” structure that posts normally have. Or am I mistaken?I did find the Project Types (Categories) and Project Tags (Tags), but unfortunately, I had to manually recreate the categories and tags that had been attached to the portfolio items when they were Pages. Unless I missed it, there didn’t seem to be a way to migrate an existing Page or Post to the new Portfolio format and change the existing Categories to Project Type, and tags to Project Tags.
Hi there,
AnsleyDisplay-Light is on my hosting; I’m using a Multisite/Network installation and Domain Mapping, and I haven’t figured out how to properly refer to the hosted WOFF files in the CSS when it’s a multisite…Here’s the Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/k5AcZ9in
I feel like I’m missing something obvious, like whitespace or a quotation or something. Help would be sincerely appreciated!
I tried adding the custom code to my child theme’s functions.php like @georgejipa suggested, and it broke my site (error 500). I tried rewriting the style or style.min.css like @johannes68 suggested, but nothing seems to happen; I’ve tried refreshing and deleting the browser cache, but multiple browsers still don’t see the changes. Am I missing something?
Hi there,
I sent the message to the website. Thank you, I hope we can resolve this soon!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Join My Multisite] Works without shortcode?Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
Just to clarify, if I turn on “Auto,” people who are signed in/who log in to a site that they’re NOT already a member of will get added as a member/user, which will show on both the front-end and backend?Should I NOT enable the per-site registration if I don’t intend to use the shortcode(s) that come with this plugin (e.g. if I end up using an alternative plugin or method for customizing my registration page)? Right now I have UserPro that has front-end registration and login, and it already has the field I need, but it doesn’t seem to “talk” to JMM the way I need, so I might disable its shortcode/registration form in favor of a different one that allows this behavior.
ETA: The UserPro plugin has a function for clearing the member cache, so doing that seemed to help with getting users who logged in to show up in the frontend Member Directory AND the backend User list. I think that means it’s working! ?? Hopefully I can continue to use my existing plugin for the registration with the field I need so I don’t need to worry about the JMM shortcode.
One final question before I can mark this as resolved, though: are people automatically added to the site user/member list when they visit? What if they’re already logged in, and have yet to even visit the login/register page? I want people to be responsible for adding themselves as subscribers to the site, not me assuming they want to be just because they visit.
I think the Domain Mapping plugin should handle people not having a continuous login throughout the network, but I’m not sure how that works in tandem with JMM.
Hi again,
This sounds like it would do exactly what I want, but… how exactly does it work? I re-activated the plugin, went to a sub-site’s User Menu and made sure sub-site registration was enabled and then had a test user log in to a site they weren’t previously a member of, but they didn’t get added to the Member/User List. Is there a setting somewhere I need to check off? Does it not work if I’m using another plugin for front-end registration/login?Thank you!
