Yes, it would be relatively easy to do that, providing you know how to do basic coding.
What I would do is go to your blog, and use ‘view source’ on the page (ctrl+u in firefox). Then you can copy and paste that code into your parent website coding, then delete the categories, header, etc code, until you’re left with what you want.
Of course, the easy way to do it would be to create your website as pages in your WP installation.
