It’s a CSS problem, you can adjust in theme editor

Have you deactivated plugins before upgrading? And let me know your server details.

Refreshing your theme will fix it, i mean revert to default and try it via ftp option, let us know if it fixes

This can be fixed very easily, it is only width problem, use inspect element in firefox or chrome and adjust the width then try to change side bar setting in theme editor.

Surely, you can change that behavior.
