We will address that in the upcoming update. For the time being, it would be advisable to refrain from making any code modifications in the Eventin file, as there is no option for overrides in the function.php file.
If it is imperative, you may simply alter ‘DESC’ to ‘ASC’: https://prnt.sc/iqGx-k_hhYO_
Refer to the code provided in the screenshot. You have the capability to implement this independently.
However, please note that if you update your plugin, you will need to reapply the code to maintain the ASC order.

We want to address the unusual situation you are facing. Historically, no clients have encountered similar issues. The root cause might be a conflict with your other plugins.
We recommend deactivating all plugins initially, then proceeding to install and activate the Eventin plugin. Subsequently, we advise turning on each plugin one by one to identify the conflicting one.
Additionally, the problem could be related to your child theme. Consequently, we suggest activating the parent theme first for testing purposes. Please follow these recommendations and keep us informed of the outcomes.

– Yes. Eventin has full support for WooCommerce, and any payment gateways supported by WooCommerce can be used with Eventin. And also, Eventin has a built-in Stripe payment feature. So if you don’t want to use WooCommerce, then you can only use the Stripe payment method.
– Yes. After every single purchase, your users will get a unique serial number and a unique QR code to enter into your event. So that you can identify them as unique ones by scanning them. We have a built-in QR code scanner so that you can sync them correctly to your database.?
