KristiyanHello @enricopadovani,
I was unable to replicate the issue on my end. The results of the speed tests are the same.
I have noticed that there are two caching plugins active at the moment. This setup is not recommended as it may lead to conflicts due to overlapping functions.
You may disable the other caching plugin and perform the test again.

In reply to: [SiteGround Migrator] Stuck creating archivesHello @ozlit,
This error usually indicates that there is something wrong with the current host which interrupts the backup creation.
This step usually takes a few minutes to be completed.
Please, check files and folders permissions on your account, disable any security plugins, and check the .htaccess for any leftover or deny rules which can cause the issue.
If the issue persists, please provide us with the error from siteground-migrator.log file which can be found in the wp-content/ directory.

KristiyanThank you for the update, @justin77.
Please try to exclude the following script from the Defer Render-blocking JS option.
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js
This can be done from the SiteGround Optimizer > Front End Optimisation section.
If the issue persists, let us know.

KristiyanHello @solu78,
You may try to disable the plugins one by one and see if the notice is still present.
Usually, this is caused by security plugins, .htaccess rules, but it can also be caused by a custom function. Keep in mind that in some cases, rules written in the .htaccess remain there even after the security plugin is disabled.
If the issue persists after the troubleshooting, provide us with a link to the website so we can check it.

I have checked the website and as I can see that the preload works as expected.
You may check it via the Page Source option of your browser.
<link rel="preload" as="font" href="https://roundtablemarketing.co.uk/wp-content/themes/salient/css/fonts/OpenSans-Regular.woff" crossorigin/>
The Fonts Preloading option adds the preload tag which loads the fonts you’re using for faster rendering and better site performance.

KristiyanHello @jungleart,
