Frankly this was not all the issue. My website broken down but when I backup it, this problem happened .

I have spent all night working on it abd did the following:

1. I installed wordpress importer and export my blog work into desktop.
2. I re-install wordpress with new database.
3. Recreated child theme because the last child theme was broken.
4. Import the file which contain all the content from the step 1.
5. Making and editing the settings like general, writing, reading, comments, etc.

Everything was ok and all the links work successfully.

The auto size is 960×250 px but as I see that you have to make changes in styling with CSS . You have to change the padding or margins of the “header-image” class to fit the header.

Oh yes, I have found that I have deleted before $header_image but now I recreate it.

1. I had 2012 theme.
2. I went to appearance >> header.
3. I uploaded a header image.
4. I went to my HOME website.
5. I did not see the header image that I uploaded.

I am sorry there is misspelling. I mean featured image for certain page.
The featured image allows you to add a header image for every page according to your content as mr. Morten Rand-Hendriksen explains in lynda.com for his tutorial website petal flowers.

Yes now I did, I think that I am the only one in my country who registered in wordpress.com. I hope things get better and meet more people.
