you will need to check with server admin for permeation because server need to do some setting to work fine.

Thank you for plugin I used Linux server can you tell me if I need to install editor to resize image for 2 version and I have anther issue in avatar image when I upload image in the sever it’s uploaded but not appear in place in profile page can you advice.

HI trialsph no need to go Cpanel just login in wp admin then setting tab you will find BP cover change setting then save.
