Hi,
I have tried the built in custom CSS option but it didn’t work, Then I tried to remove the code

<span class="author-icon">
			<?php the_author_posts_link(); ?>
		</span><!-- .author-icon -->

and it works fine.
My website is in trial period, so I will try the custome CSS Plugin too.
Overall , my problem has been solved.

Many thanks for your reply, I found 2 Plugins (Share This) One of them is not compatible with Version 3.3 (Word Press)
I have tried the other one, It works like ” Add to Any” which does not fulfill my requirement.
Is there any possibility to display all the posts as display on HOME PAGE separately.
