In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problem updating to latest versionHello
My apologies for the delay, the issue did get resolved,as it turned out the host had moved to new and faster servers, unfortunately they were not set up correctly. Once that was done everything work 100%.
Thank you for coming back to me.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Store stats on WorPress.comHello
Sorry about the delay but it takes a while to get to and hear back from the customer who is in a different time zone to me, anyway I explained everything to them and they realised they can get this information from other areas and semed to be happy with that.
So yes you can close this thread, thanks for all the help thoughForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Store stats on WorPress.comHello Stef
OK I will try that but I know that no new plugins have been added for some time although a plugin update might be the cause, I’m not sure, I do try to keep them updated.
I will let you knowForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Store stats on WorPress.comHi Dan
My apologies for not responding sooner, the url of the
Website in question isAccording to the owner he was going to the Jetpack dashboard then
Clicking on “View more stats on WordPress.com”, in his words
“the store TAB appeared after you installed WooCommerce”Apparently now it doesn’t appear, I tried checking it myself, however
It requires a login which he doesn’t remember, so I’m guessing that’s
Stored in his browser.Anyway I also explained to him he can also check his stats from the
WooCommerce plugin from the backend “Woocommerce/orders”So that is the story I hope it makes sense to you. I also know there
Was a major upgrade to Woocommerce recently maybe that had something
To do with it.Let me know please

ThetawareHello
I also have this same question, I have applied a fixed discount to products in a certain category, but I don’t see anyway to change the bulk discount rate for all items in that category. WooCommerce offers the option to chnage all prices within a category but this bulk discount plugin doesn’t seem to offer that although it does say it can be done globally, but how?

In reply to: [Simple Download Monitor] Hiding the blog pageHi, I am aware of that, before I used the plugin while building the website there was no intention to use the blog at all so I needed to hide it. One of the solutions I found was to hide it by setting page layout in the right column to “full width”. which I had to do for each page as I created it. This I believe simply hides the blog. I think what I need to do is disable the blog but not sure how to do that.
Can you advise?

In reply to: [Eazyest Gallery] gallery on a page instead of blogHi, That is an idea but I am not sure how to do that I created my page for the gallery as a sub (is that the right word) to the main page. e.g.
Art_gallery has DONATE as its parent. Now we are getting out of the area of Eazyest Gallery but… if you could guide meForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Eazyest Gallery] gallery on a page instead of blogHi Mac, I did do that already and this comes up with a single thumbnail on the page which I have to click on, this then takes me to the blog page to see the images. I want the actual gallery images to appear on the page without having to click on that single thumbnail to start. Is there a way to do that?
