Yes I have tried every combination, I deactivated it and I also deleted (uninstalled) it.
When the plugin is gone, the duplicate issue is there, when it is active the markup just shows the one from my other schema plugin. So it is working exactly the other way round as it should. How can I remove it? I really just want to uninstall it completely but it is not possible. Please help me with that.

Alright, it is working now. It was due to the caching of the tablepress plugin. Thx John for your help.
