This forum is for AwoCoupon. Not sure about how to update you theme.

I have installed WordPress 5.3 and not having any issues with saving the configuration screen of AwoCoupon.

For the error you posted, is this what you see in the console? Does not seem to have anything to do with AwoCoupon. Just googling it and it seems to be an issue with the server:

What version of WordPress / Woocommerce are you using?

It sounds like the javascript is not loaded. If you right click on the screen, inspect element, view the console tab, and click save when viewing that tab, what errors do you see?

Yes, correct. The number of uses validation is based on the email address.

“Individual use only” has nothing to do with the number of uses, and is used to make sure the customer only enter 1 coupon even if multiple coupons are enabled.

Not sure I understand what you mean. Are you saying AwoCoupon coupons are not working bot WooCommerce coupons are?

By default all coupons in AwoCoupon are case sensitive, but you can turn this off by going to AwoCoupon > configuration and setting “Case Sensitive Coupon Code” to “No”.
