I think you must contact theme author about this problem (make sure the theme compatible with WP). Or find someone to fix the bug for you.

Can you give me your dev link? In this case, we can’t check with just description.

you might have some javascript error from other plugins. It makes ‘number of rooms’ disappear. Please try to check or give me screenshot with Chrome inspect (or Firebug if you use Firefox) of the error.
