In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] HelpHi:
Can you clarify what you’re proposing? I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “can I create an access to verify?”
Thanks
Great, glad to hear it.
Hi:
Thanks for the offer but unfortunately we’re not going to be able to do that. We try to support the top 25 items on www.remarpro.com so if it was one of those we would be all over it. But for anything else we’re generally unable to make those tweaks for free. Its our way to drawing a line in the sand between free support and paid services.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] HelpHi:
The permissions are there internally. They’re part of the SUPPORT USER role. But you need to add it to your custom roles which is why you need to use a plugin like user role editor. Once they’re added you should be able to deactivate the plugin though – WP keeps the assigned capabilities with their roles.
Thanks.

Hi:
I think this is addressed on our FAQ page: https://getawesomesupport.com/faq/
Just search for DIVI on the page and you should be able to find it.
Thanks.
Or, maybe your theme gives you the option to change the default color of text? Maybe in the APPEARANCE->CUSTOMIZER?
Hi:
The only way to make those kinds of changes is by apply some custom CSS to your theme. Most themes have a place for adding custom CSS so its a matter of figuring out what’s the right CSS for your theme.
Thanks.
Hi:
That would have been my next suggestion. I am curious what you find.
Thanks.
(sorry, meant “Which theme is it?”. “Theme”, not “team”, lol).
Hi:
Its likely you would need to get some dev resources to dig into the incompatibility. Generally its something simple – its finding the cause that can sometimes eat up a lot of dev time.
Which team is it?
Hi:
That is certainly a possibility – have you tried switching the theme to the basic WP 2015/16/17 theme see if the editor shows up?
Thanks.
