Hello, Flow-Flow is made not for making a full archive of posts. It doesn’t collect historic posts because APIs don’t support this overall. It is working in some another way: you installing the plugin and it starts to cache new posts. Every scheduled moment it is getting some number of new posts (depends on settings) and showing them on stream page.

Hi, it is no available out-of-the-box, but you can try to export/import whole mysql table “ff_snapshots”. And then restore snapshot on Flow-Flow admin page.
