I notice our default cleanup time and default trailer time are 10m. Could this be affecting the event start time being imported? anyone else using Veezi has this issue?

If it is a warning message, why does it stop running? not my definition of warning message.

I just lost all my subscribers too!
I used the upgrade now, but it said uninstalling plugin…
so where do I suppose to upgrade so that it does not uninstall it?
