I did a live preview with another theme but the shortcode still doesn’t work not just yours… any shortcode… so I guess that is not an issue anymore for your plugin.

However, as long as I don’t connect to wordpress from jetpack the update events works… so there is a conflict between this two plugins.

Do you have any other clients using jetpack and theater plugin?

The shortcode works if I put it in a regular page but not in the widget so I guess there is conflict with the theme … this was working yesterday is so odd.

Both things were set up properly I have checked them before reporting the problems. I have asked to restore a backup from last night when everything was showing up. So now the calendar widget works but the shortcode still doesn’t… the shortcode is in html widget.

Also, when i click on an event it says page not found. I can see the events in the editor but even the preview says page not found

There is definitely a conflict with Jetpack… If I deactivate works…

The only error in the log are these:

I deleted jetpack… and I deactivated the theater plugin and after activating again the following shortcode doesn’t work nor the calendar widget:
    [wpt_events start=”today” end=”tomorrow” groupby=”day”]{{starttime}}{{title|permalink}}{{tickets_url}}[/wpt_events]

    my site is revuecinema.net

They were both working before deactivating

I made a new install of jetpack and activated it and now I can update the remarks but the shorcode and caledar still don’t work.

Thanks, I requested the logs. It might be something related with Jetpack. I disconnected from it and then I could add remarks.

I was using another plugin. I installed the one that you recommended and it worked! Thanks again.

    ACF works great thanks!

Thanks! I did and I added the custom field but nothing is showing ??

    (@avrada)

I installed a plugin that lets you add them… but if there is a way to add them without using a plugin I would prefer that.

    (@avrada)

It is the main reason we bought your plugin ??

Well we don’t want to replicate the work and want to take advantage of the film info in veezi… also want the programmer to just enter all the schedule in one interface.

Why would deselecting WEB option will have to prevent the import of the events and dates?

    Thread Starter Amyris

    (@avrada)

Yes, disabling the bootstrap fixed the problem.

    (@avrada)

It turns out the problem was that I unclick the web option in the veezi film show. Once I clicked it the dates showed up.

We have some events that are presented and managed by 3rd parties so we might not sell tickets in veezi for them. Is there a workaround for these events?

    Thanks! this helps.

Would you considering adding this option to the settings for the import. In Canada, the start time is what you call the PreShowStartTime. I am sure other clients in North America will benefit from this feature.
