I agree…it’s quite odd on your video you can tell it skips over that part and your last post was 7 months ago which means we have all been trying to solve this on our own for at least 7 months!

Are you going to answer the post above? This is the 3rd post I have stumbled upon where someone posts this same issue, you post a “fix” we can’t get it to work and post back and then there is no response. It is so frustrating. I have put more hours than I can count into this and it is so basic and shouldn’t be any major issue at all. So many of us have this same problem and then nothing changes. It ruins the entire application that we spend so long setting up. I just wish you guys would provide a plugin update that sorts it vs. just ignoring it.

Hi…I watched your video and it seems to skip over the issue that is my hangup. My GIve WP does exactly as you show but when it gives the error and says to contact PayPal and then you choose disconnect that’s where the problem is. I noticed your logout window spinning and not changing. You clicked it again and it did the same and then suddenly your screen went to a fresh logon screen. What did you do b/t the stuck on logging out window and back to the fresh sign into PayPal screen? That’s my issue. I’ve been working on it for uncountable hours. Thanks
