We didn’t probably get our messaging right. WebEngage is an on-site toolkit. It allows you to collect feedback, run surveys and push notifications to visitors on your site. Not in the manner that other survey builders let you do, which is mostly by sending emailers. Our toolkit serves a very different purpose and hence a very different pricing model.

Do try out our FREE forever version to begin with. You’ll immediately come to know about the value we have built.

Nada, apologies for a delayed revert. This functionality is not available out of the box but you can use our Webhooks to pull all the feedback data instantly to your application and create such a page on your website.

Katie, which site did you use the plugin on? Help me with the domain name you registered for and I’d help you debug the issue.

An easier way is to sign up on WebEngage here – https://webengage.com/pricing and use the license code for that widget in your WebEngage’s WordPress Plugin post activation.
