In reply to: [WebEngage Feedback, Survey and Notification] Not REALLY free – skip itNpinc, here’s what the FREE forever plan gets you – https://webengage.com/pricing-features
I understand your disappointment though.
I guess the disappointment is primarily because you think of us a feedback only tool. We are a far more robust on-site customer engagement toolkit. Please take a look at these use-cases, and you’d know what am I talking about – #WebEngageLive
Your bad rating hurts us. I hope you try us one more time for all the capabilities we have built and then judge us.
Thanks nonetheless for giving us a go.

In reply to: [WebEngage Feedback, Survey and Notification] probably works?Orionspants, sorry to disappoint you.
We didn’t probably get our messaging right. WebEngage is an on-site toolkit. It allows you to collect feedback, run surveys and push notifications to visitors on your site. Not in the manner that other survey builders let you do, which is mostly by sending emailers. Our toolkit serves a very different purpose and hence a very different pricing model.
Do try out our FREE forever version to begin with. You’ll immediately come to know about the value we have built.

This functionality is not available out of the box but you can use our Webhooks to pull all the feedback data instantly to your application and create such a page on your website.

In reply to: [WebEngage Feedback, Survey and Notification] A For-Profit SurveyYou can always use the free version of WebEngage. Plans here – https://webengage.com/pricing .. your 1 star rating hurts us ??

No, WebEngage does not have this feature.
Katie, which site did you use the plugin on? Help me with the domain name you registered for and I’d help you debug the issue.
An easier way is to sign up on WebEngage here – https://webengage.com/pricing and use the license code for that widget in your WebEngage’s WordPress Plugin post activation.
Happy to help.
