What generates it?
When someone installs the plugin for the first time, what the order there based on?

Problem solved,
Should have put the lines in wp-confing.php above `/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
`

That is a very big site that already up and runing, so it’s a problem to change it’s all formation.

I saw function that calls switch_to_blog(), could it be useful for the task?
