I have checked the plugin and didn’t got any issues with login or any white page after login. If you are not using the latest version then please use the latest version and check if you are still facing the same issues.

Only logged in users will be able to create support tickets. That means users has to register before they can post a support ticket.

Create a new page and put [create_support] Shortcode in this page. This will be the page from where users will be able to create a support thread.

Create another page and put [ticket] Shortcode in that page. The tickets created by the logged in user will be listed in this page. From this page users will be able to reply to already created ticket.

Admin can View/ Reply to a ticket from admin panel.

Emails will be sent to respective Admin or User each time a ticket is created or replied.

I have tested Contact Form With Shortcode with “Strong Testimonials” and “Kiwi Logo Carousel” both plugins and found that the plugin is working properly. There is no jQuery conflict issue.

This plugin do not add extra jQuery files, it uses jQuery files from WordPress installation itself.

The text “Howdy” can be changed in the login_afo_widget.php file. And if you want to put a link you can do that too in this page.

I am checking the issue for this and will update the Google API if needed. The plugin is only conflicting with the “Google Drive Plugin” That is already installed in your site.

If your site is in a different language than English then “Howdy” can be translated from the language .mo file. You don’t have to update code file for that.

But if your site has multiple languages with language switcher then the plugin code has to be modified as per the translation file you are using. If you want more info then mail at [email protected]

Can you please describe in details what exactly is the error you are facing while logging in.

Yes this plugin asks for user likes from Facebook. If you want not to include this option from Facebook then the code needs some modifications.
