The row has changed to the solution suggested above but I still get the same issue when deleting a user that has no posts.

@per4mance Did you try it on a user without any post/events and etc..?

I’ve tried using #_EVENTICALLINK it doesn’t work for me, #_EVENTGCALLINK (for google calendar) does work.
I have also tried to build the URL for the ical myself using ical=event_id, it worked but not at all as I expected. It saves a new calendar on my outlook name wordpress calendar and when I try to save another event it opens a new calendar called wordpress calendar1.
Any ideas?
