    .Tech support doesn’t respond

    Check with Welab and tell me why haven’t they responded in 2 weeks. I needed customization paid help. No one responds. Not even the phone number that has been given, In fact, it says this number is not in service.

    The email reply I get in an email is “COVID-19 excuse”. Good excuse. There is no such thing as Covid-19 excuse in IT sector. 2 weeks!

    Spending a 200$ is no big deal but I am about to build my online e-commerce business around your plugin that has absolutely no support.

    I have 9 physical stores in top shopping centers in my country. I have built my image over the last 15 years. Your unprofessional behavior can cost me my image with such unprofessional tech support.

    Your Chat sales service is good. No question. I wish your tech support was as good as your sales team.
