    if in future show this message again “BPS Alert! Your site does not appear to be protected by BulletProof Security.”
    Is there any serious problem??

    BPS Alert! Your site does not appear to be protected by BulletProof Security…….

    What I did after show this message (for resolving issue step by step shown in alert! message):
    BulletProof Security Modes >
    clicked on Create Secure .htaccess file
    >in Activate Security Modes
    (Activate) Website Root Folder .htaccess Security Mode
    >(Activate) Website wp-admin Folder .htaccess Security Mode

    ..after this
    “BPS Alert! Your site does not appear to be protected by BulletProof Security” message disappear.

    but next issue come here…
    W3 Total Cache is activated, but W3TC .htaccess code was NOT found in your root .htaccess file.
    W3TC needs to be redeployed by clicking either the auto-install or deploy buttons. If your root .htaccess file is locked then you need to unlock it to allow W3TC to write its htaccess code to your root htaccess file. Click to Redeploy W3TC.

    So what I do in this condition..

    Server Type:Apache
    Operating System:Linux
    Server API:cgi-fcgi – Your Host Server is using CGI.
    Multisite: *
    *- here I am not using multisite.
