Hi, I had the same problem. In our review site we are offering products from Amazon USA and Amazon Spain. I do not know if this is of any help but just after saving the amazon keys they are erased from the Amazon settings menu fields.

I am pretty sure that i did not installed any new theme and the theme I have been using for two years (Division) do not include those options.

However, I tried deleting the themes and plugins folders. Those options were still there. After restoring from a former backup, they are still there.

My only action before those options appeared was to review some e commerce plugins.

As I said, is quite annoying.
